What Is a Household?
Your subscription is for one household. A household means you and the people who live with you at the same address. It does not include friends or family who live somewhere else, even if they are close to you.
Household Sharing
Allowed: You may share your account with members of your household, meaning people who live at the same address as you.
- Family members who live in your home
- Roommates at the same address
- Your own devices, both at home and when you travel
What Is Not Allowed
- Sharing outside your household: Giving your account or credentials to anyone who does not live with you, including friends or family at another address
- Selling or reselling access: You may not sell or redistribute your subscription
- Public sharing: Posting credentials online or in public forums
- Commercial use: Using the service for business or commercial purposes
Why These Rules?
Account sharing outside your household:
- Puts extra strain on our servers
- Affects service quality for everyone
- Violates our Terms of Service
- May result in account suspension
Consequences of Violation
Accounts found to be sharing outside their household may be:
- Warned for a first offense
- Temporarily suspended for repeat offenses
- Permanently terminated for serious violations
No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
