• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis through Discord
• Price changes will be communicated in advance
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Discord

You agree NOT to:

• Share, sell, or redistribute content from our platform
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
• Use automated tools to access or download content
• Exceed your subscription's concurrent streaming limits
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• We strive for high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Maintenance windows may require temporary service interruptions
• Content availability may change due to licensing or technical issues
• Service quality may vary based on your internet connection
• We reserve the right to modify features and functionality

Omega Media shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical difficulties
• Content availability or quality issues
• Damages resulting from user's internet connection

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be:

• Announced in our Discord community when significant
• Effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated
