Been using Omega for about 3 months. This is a top notch service, no issues with lag, buffering, or playing anything on Jellyfin. The support team is what really makes it shine: every time I put in a ticket they answer within 30 minutes, sometimes within 5. That's better than some big companies.

The picture quality is outstanding, sharp, vibrant and consistent across every channel, with no buffering even during major live events. The EPG is reliable and easy to navigate, and the support team are super friendly and quick to help. Worth every penny.

The service is top-notch and any issues are resolved quickly. I love the request system, my family asks for something and it magically appears, which makes me look like a hero! I used it for 3 weeks and was convinced enough to sign up for a year.

I found a few series that weren't playing and submitted a ticket. Within 20 minutes it was resolved, at 11pm, on a Friday. That beats the SLA for a P2 incident at most hospital IT departments. Seriously good service.

Finally, a service that delivers stable 4K IPTV without the usual buffering or broken EPGs, and the 'zap' speed is instant. I'm also using their Jellyfin service, which is a total game-changer: the library is huge and the turnaround on content requests is the best I've seen.

Six months in and you can stop searching, this is the best. The IPTV is unmatched in quality and reliability, with a lot of feeds offering 5.1 surround sound which is rare. The Jellyfin service is top-notch too, with a huge library and both automated and manual content requests.

Easily some of the best customer support I have found in any industry, have a question and get an answer in minutes. And the stream is the clearest I have ever seen. Requesting new shows is simple, and anything not added automatically they can usually find manually.

After trying a few different providers over the last few years, this server outshines them all with ease. The content selection is second to none and the request system is super quick. Joining and setting up was a breeze, and the team could not have been friendlier. 10/10.

To say this is the greatest service I have ever used is an understatement. Leagues above anything else available, amazing library, amazing service. I am truly grateful to have found it.
